Beef Roast with Gravy

* 1 chuck roast
* 1 can cream of mushroom soup
* 1 package dry onion soup mix
* 1 cup red wine (optional)

If desired, brown roast in a little oil.  Place roast in crockpot.  Mix soups and wine (if used) together, and pour on top of roast.  Cook all day.
