Chick Pea Hummus

1 Cup cooked (canned) Chick Peas

3 Tbsp lemon juice

1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)

1 clove garlic, crushed

1/2 Tbsp ground coriander

1/2 Tbsp ground cumin

1 Tbsp soy sauce

1 Tbsp parsley

 

Process all ingredients until smooth.

Chill before serving.
