Hamburger Pie

1 can refrigerator biscuits

1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, browned

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 small can mushrooms

1 can whole or sliced new potatoes


Directions 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a 10-inch pie plate, press the biscuits into the bottom and the sides (make sure there are no holes.)   Spoon the potatoes into the biscuit-lined pie plate.  In a medium bowl, mix browned hamburger, soup, and mushrooms.  Spoon this mixture on top of the potatoes.  Bake for 30 minutes, until crust is deep golden brown.

Top with cheese if desired.
