Play Dough

* 1 Cup flour
* 1 Cup water
* 1/2 cup salt
* 2 tsp cream of tartar

* 1 Tbsp cooking Oil

* Food coloring

Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.  Knead until smooth.  Perppermint oil or other flavorings may be added for fragrance.
